What we collect
When you use the quote request form, email or call us, we receive the information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, project details, bid closing date, and the tender documents or links you send.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare and deliver your estimate, invoice for it, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share your documents or prices with anyone else.
Form processing
The quote request form is delivered to us by a form service that sends the submission to [email protected]. The service stores submissions only as long as needed to deliver them.
Website analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not identify you personally.
How long we keep it
We keep project documents and estimates while they are useful for your bid and any follow-up questions, and business records as long as Canadian law requires.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need to keep it. Email [email protected].
